This is my second  term with Emma which I have enjoyed immensely. 1 had done yoga for many years pre covid but had not gone back to a class for the last 4 years I have fallen . back into it with the easy natural way Emma teaches. Not only is she one of the best yoga instructors I have had but a thoroughly nice person. Great personal skills as well as having the most amazing hands for our end of class massage. I look forward to the class every week.

Would you like to improve wellbeing and performance in your workplace? Studies prove that having an opportunity at the beginning or middle of a work day to move, mobilise and stretch the body can increase mental clarity, creativity, focus and productivity for the rest of the day. In-work yoga sessions are also a great incentive/ reward to be able to offer to your employees.

Our yoga sessions provide the perfect opportunity for you and your colleagues to take a moment out of the day to recharge, refresh and rebalance in body and mind. We normally include some strength and mobility work, energising movement flows, breathwork and mindfulness but can tailor the sessions to what works best for you and your business.

We can provide mats, blocks and equipment (for up to 20), you just need to provide the space. We can work around equipment to an extent. As long as you can create a bit of floor space, we can get people yoga-ing! Option for Chair Yoga too if that suits your layout/ colleagues better. We are happy to lead a session for as many people as your space allows, the price remains the same.
