Join us for a friendly and welcoming **Chair Yoga** class designed for **everyone** – whether you're new to yoga, working with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or just looking for a gentler way to stretch and strengthen.

Using the support of a chair, we explore mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation in a way that’s safe, accessible, and enjoyable.  There will be options to stand and improve our balance and coordination and sometimes gentle movement/dance to music (something we have found to be really calming and fun!)

You’ll improve flexibility, balance, and posture while calming the mind and boosting your mood. A chair offers a stable base for less mobile individuals and is highly adaptable to the physical needs of a variety of disabilities and injuries, such as people with special needs who have varying degrees of physical disability. Chair yoga can also benefit people with other conditions, like high blood pressure; anxiety; chronic fatigue syndrome; arthritis; multiple sclerosis; depression; and chronic pain. Also suitable for those with mobility issues including wheelchair users.

Expect a light-hearted, supportive atmosphere where you can go at your own pace. Come as you are – all ages, all bodies, all levels welcome 😊

My Yoga for All classes are a blend of the best of traditional and contemporary yoga and suitable for all levels. Great for releasing tension from shoulders & hips whilst building core strength as we journey safely towards a peak pose with many stops along the way.

Expect dynamic movement, creative flows, strengthening postures, breathwork, and moments of stillness to support your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. We’ll explore energising sequences and grounding practices, all guided by the breath to cultivate presence and inner calm. The session closes with deep relaxation, optional mini massage, and a short meditation — offering space to truly rest, reconnect with yourself, and connect with others in a warm, supportive environment.

Either drop-in or book the full 7 weeks (best value), whatever works best for your schedule. If you book the full term, you can choose from 5 local venues each week for ultimate flexibility. Each session is recorded so that you can also catch up from home if you are unable to make a class one week.

This is my second  term with Emma which I have enjoyed immensely. 1 had done yoga for many years pre covid but had not gone back to a class for the last 4 years I have fallen . back into it with the easy natural way Emma teaches. Not only is she one of the best yoga instructors I have had but a thoroughly nice person. Great personal skills as well as having the most amazing hands for our end of class massage. 1-2-1 Yoga

Would you like to improve wellbeing and performance in your workplace? Studies prove that having an opportunity at the beginning or middle of a work day to move, mobilise and stretch the body can increase mental clarity, creativity, focus and productivity for the rest of the day. In-work yoga sessions are also a great incentive/ reward to be able to offer to your employees.

Our yoga sessions provide the perfect opportunity for you and your colleagues to take a moment out of the day to recharge, refresh and rebalance in body and mind. We normally include some strength and mobility work, energising movement flows, breathwork and mindfulness but can tailor the sessions to what works best for you and your business.

We can provide mats, blocks and equipment (for up to 20), you just need to provide the space. We can work around equipment to an extent. As long as you can create a bit of floor space, we can get people yoga-ing! Option for Chair Yoga too if that suits your layout/ colleagues better. We are happy to lead a session for as many people as your space allows, the price remains the same.
