Join us for a friendly and welcoming **Chair Yoga** class designed for **everyone** – whether you're new to yoga, working with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or just looking for a gentler way to stretch and strengthen.

Using the support of a chair, we explore mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation in a way that’s safe, accessible, and enjoyable. There will be options to stand and improve our balance and coordination and sometimes gentle movement/dance to music (something we have found to be really calming and fun!)

You’ll improve flexibility, balance, and posture while calming the mind and boosting your mood. A chair offers a stable base for less mobile individuals and is highly adaptable to the physical needs of a variety of disabilities and injuries, such as people with special needs who have varying degrees of physical disability. Chair yoga can also benefit people with other conditions, like high blood pressure; anxiety; chronic fatigue syndrome; arthritis; multiple sclerosis; depression; and chronic pain. Also suitable for those with mobility issues including wheelchair users.

Expect a light-hearted, supportive atmosphere where you can go at your own pace. Come as you are – all ages, all bodies, all levels welcome 😊

In my Yoga for All classes, through a mindful blend of movement and stretching, you’ll be guided to build strength, improve mobility, and support better balance and alignment in the body. Each class is designed to help you move with greater ease and awareness, with plenty of options offered throughout so you can adapt the practice to suit your own needs on the day.

Alongside the physical practice, we also include some grounding meditation and breathwork, creating space to slow down, pause, and reconnect with yourself. A savasana relaxation at the end includes an optional mini massage to help you rest and restore and allow your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice.

You’ll also be gently introduced to elements of yoga philosophy, inspired by the yamas and niyamas—ancient teachings that offer simple, meaningful guidance for living with greater balance, clarity, and compassion in everyday life. These reflections are shared in an accessible, down-to-earth way, inviting you to take what resonates and carry it beyond the mat.

Each session is an opportunity to arrive just as you are, and leave feeling more centred, supported, and balanced.

She offers many options to suit everyone’s  abilities,  from advanced to beginners, so you don’t feel uncomfortable in a pose and she takes notice of how we are moving. 
She has all the equipment you need and the bonus mini massage at the end for those who want it is a delight. 
My body always feels more mobile and stronger when I leave the session and my mind a lot calmer.  Definitely worth it.

1-2-1 Yoga

Would you like to improve wellbeing and performance in your workplace? Studies prove that having an opportunity at the beginning or middle of a work day to move, mobilise and stretch the body can increase mental clarity, creativity, focus and productivity for the rest of the day. In-work yoga sessions are also a great incentive/ reward to be able to offer to your employees.

Our yoga sessions provide the perfect opportunity for you and your colleagues to take a moment out of the day to recharge, refresh and rebalance in body and mind. We normally include some strength and mobility work, energising movement flows, breathwork and mindfulness but can tailor the sessions to what works best for you and your business.

We can provide mats, blocks and equipment (for up to 20), you just need to provide the space. We can work around equipment to an extent. As long as you can create a bit of floor space, we can get people yoga-ing! Option for Chair Yoga too if that suits your layout/ colleagues better. We are happy to lead a session for as many people as your space allows, the price remains the same.
