My Yoga for All classes are a blend of the best of traditional and contemporary yoga and suitable for all levels. Great for releasing tension from shoulders & hips whilst building core strength as we journey safely towards a peak pose with many stops along the way.

Expect dynamic movement, creative flows, strengthening postures, breathwork, and moments of stillness to support your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. We’ll explore energising sequences and grounding practices, all guided by the breath to cultivate presence and inner calm. The session closes with deep relaxation, optional mini massage, and a short meditation — offering space to truly rest, reconnect with yourself, and connect with others in a warm, supportive environment.

Either drop-in or book the full 7 weeks (best value), whatever works best for your schedule. If you book the full term, you can choose from 5 local venues each week for ultimate flexibility. Each session is recorded so that you can also catch up from home if you are unable to make a class one week.

This is my second  term with Emma which I have enjoyed immensely. 1 had done yoga for many years pre covid but had not gone back to a class for the last 4 years I have fallen . back into it with the easy natural way Emma teaches. Join us for a friendly and welcoming **Chair Yoga** class designed for **everyone** – whether you're new to yoga, working with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or just looking for a gentler way to stretch and strengthen.

Using the support of a chair, we explore mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation in a way that’s safe, accessible, and enjoyable.  There will be options to stand and improve our balance and coordination and sometimes gentle movement/dance to music (something we have found to be really calming and fun!)

You’ll improve flexibility, balance, and posture while calming the mind and boosting your mood. A chair offers a stable base for less mobile individuals and is highly adaptable to the physical needs of a variety of disabilities and injuries, such as people with special needs who have varying degrees of physical disability. Chair yoga can also benefit people with other conditions, like high blood pressure; anxiety; chronic fatigue syndrome; arthritis; multiple sclerosis; depression; and chronic pain. Also suitable for those with mobility issues including wheelchair users.

Expect a light-hearted, supportive atmosphere where you can go at your own pace. Come as you are – all ages, all bodies, all levels welcome 😊

Would you like to improve wellbeing and performance in your workplace? Our yoga sessions provide the perfect opportunity for you and your colleagues to take a moment out of the day to recharge, refresh and rebalance in body and mind. We normally include some strength and mobility work, energising movement flows, breathwork and mindfulness but can tailor the sessions to what works best for you and your business.

We can provide mats, blocks and equipment (for up to 20), you just need to provide the space. We can work around equipment to an extent. As long as you can create a bit of floor space, we can get people yoga-ing! Option for Chair Yoga too if that suits your layout/ colleagues better. We are happy to lead a session for as many people as your space allows, the price remains the same.

Just did a sunset yoga evening with Emma as always her class is full of love and kindness to ourselves.lots of gentle movement to de-stress my body. Such an enjoyable class. Finishing off the evening with a massage. Truly wonderful, not forgetting the homemade cakes and a great selection of teas.

Hi, my name is Emma and I have been practising yoga for over 20 years, on and off.  After many years of running and attending various circuits/ bootcamp style classes, about 10 years ago I rediscovered yoga and remembered how powerful it is at helping so many areas of my life.  Not just the physical side of improving my flexibility and reducing my chances of injury and pain, but also more importantly encouraging me to slow down and even 'stop' for a moment (something I found very difficult without feeling guilty!).  Sometimes my favourite part of a class was the Savasana relaxation at the end as I was being given permission to relax, something I wouldn't do on my own!

Eventually I started taking some different courses to further my yoga journey, from courses in inversions/ handstands (covid obsession!) to foundation courses teaching me more about the philosophy and history behind yoga.  I found that every single thing I learned about yoga I LOVED and just wanted to learn more, hence finally taking the plunge and embarking on my 200hr Yoga Teaching Training with akarmalife studio in Ampthill in 2023.

I have been a primary school music teacher for 20 years and although loved working with children, I knew I needed a change so decided to set up yoga classes locally, trying to introduce yoga to as many different people as possible.  I love welcoming anyone and everyone to my classes, enjoying the challenge of adapting a class to anyone who wants to come along and give it a go, hence introducing my popular Yoga for All class.

Eventually, I plan to set up some different styles of classes, once I have got to know my clients and understand what they need and like.  But for now, I kind of like a whole range of local people coming together, from different backgrounds, experiences and ages (current youngest is 13 and oldest is 79!). It really is Yoga for All and everyone is most welcome.
